Galvalume Warranty

25-Year Structural Integrity: Guaranteed not to rupture, fail structurally, or perforate for 25 years from shipment under normal conditions.
Minimum Slope: Requires a roof pitch of at least 1/4:12 to ensure proper water drainage.
Coastal Exclusions: Does not cover installations within a certain distance of saltwater environments (1,500 feet from breaking surf, 800 feet from large bays, or 400 feet from marshes).
Key Exclusions: Does not apply if damaged by standing water, debris buildup, or direct contact with copper/lead, animal waste, concrete, damp insulation, or pressure-treated lumber. Proper insulated fasteners must be used.

Kynar 500 Paint Warranty

40 Year Adhesion: Guaranteed not to crack, check, or peel.
30-Year Fade & Chalk: High-performance resistance against color fading and chalking.
15-Year Rust Protection: Covers the panel surface on roofs with at least a 3:12 slope.
Key Exclusions: Does not apply within 1,500 feet of saltwater, or if panels touch standing water, dissimilar metals, concrete, or pressure-treated lumber without a barrier. (High visibility finishes carry a modified 20-year adhesion / 10-year fade warranty.)
